Our ethos is to provide you with the finest quality meat the Cotswolds have to offer and we will also search the UK for the finest rare breeds.

Not only do we source our meat from the idylic Cotswolds, but from time to time, we venture down to Devon and up as far as the Scottish Highlands. If we do not know the farm the animal has come originates - we will not sell it.
