DELIVERY

Here at The Winchcombe Burger Company, your order is our priority, so we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. With our UK wide delivery service, your order will be delivered by one of our own vans or sometimes, we use UK Mail via their delivery service. Your delivery will arrive in a fully insulated polystyrene box containing ice packs to ensure that the products remain either chilled or frozen.

 

For our trade customers, we can offer bulk discount on your orders, but please contact us to discuss your requirements. Please contact us at sales@winburgs.com, if you any other questions regarding our delivery service.

Delivery Notes

For an order to be delivered on a particular day, the order needs to be placed before 4pm on the relevant ordering day. If the order is received after 4pm, it will be delivered with the next 'order on' day delivery.

 

NO DELIVERIES ON: SUNDAY & MONDAY

The Winchcombe Burger Company offer a full refund if the customer is not happy with the products they have received.

 

The customer MUST notify us within 24hrs of receiving the delivery, by e-mail or phone.

 

Fresh products MUST be kept refrigerated prior to return, and be in the same condition as when delivered. The customer must adhere to these conditions to receive a full refund.

 

Postage deliveries MUST be posted back to us by the customer. They must notify us within 24hrs and we must receive the goods back by post within 48hrs of delivery.

Who delivers my order?

 

Your order will be delivered by either one of our chilled vans or via UK Mail, on their overnight delivery service.

 

How is my order packed?

 

Orders are packed in our specially designed thermo Boxes, which are lined with ice sheets to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition and at the right temperature.

How much does delivery cost?

 

We offer FREE Delivery on ALL orders. 

 

How will I know when my order will be delivered?

 

You should refer to the Order & Delivery days guide at the top of this section. You will be notified of the approximate time your order will be delivered via a text message or an e-mail. If there are any special delivery instructions we should be aware of, please let us know so we can ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

 

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express & Paypal. We DO NOT except cheques as a form of payment. We only exept cash payments on 'local' deliveries (within 10 mile radius of Gloucester), when orders are delivered by our own drivers. 

 

What happens if I'm not in when my delivery arrives?

 

If you are not in when your order arrives, it will be left in a safe place, or with a neighbour (if possible). The delivery driver will leave a note explaining where your order has been left. Delivery is usually made before 1pm.
