Our Boned and Rolled Brisket is from the finest Cotswold grass fed cattle. The cattle are reared on the outskirts of the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire, ensuring that the beef is local, less travelled and British. 

Our brisket is then dry aged for 21 days allowing moisture to draw out, enhancing the flavour.
